Frequently Asked Questions

What if my dog doesn’t like crowds or loud environments?
We tailor our approach to your dog’s comfort and needs. If your dog is nervous, we can limit their time at the venue, give them regular quiet breaks, or arrange a dedicated handler spot away from the action. Your dog’s wellbeing is always our top priority.

Can you handle more than one dog?
Yes! We can chaperone multiple dogs from the same household. Additional dogs can be added to any package for a small extra fee, ensuring each dog gets individual attention and care.

What happens if my dog gets too excited or misbehaves?
We’re experienced in positive reinforcement training and handling dogs in new environments. We’ll manage their energy with pre-event walks and use gentle, proven techniques to keep them calm and focused.

Do you provide props, outfits, or accessories for photos?
We can bring props or simple accessories (like bow ties or bandanas) if you’d like. Alternatively, we’re happy to work with any items you provide to ensure your dog looks the part!

What areas do you cover?
We cover Kent, but we’re happy to travel further afield for weddings or events (travel fees may apply). Let us know your location and we’ll work out the details.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding season. A deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Will you work with our wedding planner or venue staff?

Absolutely - We'll coordinate with them so your dog's part in the day runs seamlessly.
